The Italian coordination office acts solely as a customer service and order coordination point and does not independently manufacture, certify, or sell gemstones. All gemstone sourcing, quality control, invoicing, and fulfillment activities are managed by Gamage Gems (Private) Limited in Sri Lanka unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to purchase products through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Services
CeylonSapphire.shop specializes in natural gemstones, Ceylon sapphires, precious stones, semi-precious stones, gemstone jewelry, and custom gemstone-related products.
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, weights, measurements, and photographs. However, due to natural gemstone characteristics, lighting conditions, and screen settings, slight variations in color, appearance, and size may occur.
Natural inclusions, growth patterns, and other naturally occurring characteristics are not considered defects.
4. Authenticity and Certification
We strive to ensure that all gemstones sold through our website are genuine and accurately described.
Where indicated, gemstones may be accompanied by certificates issued by recognized gemological laboratories. Certification information will be disclosed in the product description or provided upon request.
5. Pricing and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in euros (EUR).
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, and other governmental assessments imposed by their country of residence.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and verification by Gamage Gems (Private) Limited.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, or other reasonable circumstances.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with local import regulations and paying any applicable charges imposed by customs authorities.
10. Returns and Refunds
Customers should inspect products immediately upon receipt.
Any claim regarding damage, incorrect items, or order discrepancies must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The item remains in its original condition.
- The item has not been altered, mounted, resized, or modified.
- All original certificates, packaging, and documentation are included.
Custom-made jewelry, personalized items, specially sourced gemstones, and modified products are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
