Items dispatched from Italy
Selected gemstones physically held in Italy are identified individually. Dispatch from Italy applies only when the corresponding product listing expressly states Italy as the dispatch origin.
Items exported from Sri Lanka
Gemstones held in Sri Lanka are dispatched from Sri Lanka under applicable export, customs, carrier and insurance procedures. Import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges may apply depending on the destination and delivery terms.
Delivery and customs
- Processing times, carrier, tracking and shipping charges are shown in the applicable Etsy listing.
- International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling charges unless the listing expressly states that duties are prepaid.
- Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Never rely on a general website statement where the Etsy listing gives more specific information for the item.
Insurance
Insurance is provided only to the extent expressly stated in the applicable listing and carrier documentation. Ask us for written confirmation of coverage before buying a high-value stone.
