Where a gemstone has an independent report, the listing should identify the laboratory, report number and date, and make the report image or verification information available where permitted.

• Laboratory reports are professional opinions about the tested item at the time of examination.
• Not every gemstone is supplied with an independent report.
• Our internal product card or invoice is not an independent gemmological certificate.
• Buyers may request additional independent testing before dispatch, subject to availability, cost and agreed processing time.
